Refund policy of SiteBeacon

SiteBeacon charges upfront for its service, and once you’ve signed up for your account and pay, the account is immediately available to use and unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund. You can cancel your account at any time and that will stop you being billed again, please cancel at least 5 days prior to your next payment date to ensure you wont be billed.


After picking a subscription plan and giving your billing info, you’ll be charged right away. Subscriptions renew automatically on their renewal date (30 day cycle) until you cancel. You can cancel any time through your account interface, and you’ll get a confirmation email when it’s completed. There are no refunds or credits for partial months, quarters, or years.


Taxes, levies, and duties aren’t included in the fees displayed, and will be added during the checkout process. Currency exchange rates will depend on your payment method provider, and will be down to them.


You can also upgrade or downgrade your subscription at anytime through your SiteBeacon account dashboard. The new rate will be applied to the account, but you won’t get refunds or credits for downgrading for partial months.


SiteBeacon might refuse or cancel subscriptions and will offer a pro rata refund for any leftover days. These policies apply to all SaaS services unless mentioned otherwise.
